Booking Policy

All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. This secures your slot and is non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment to a new date of your choice.

Arrival Times

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early to allow for a calm, timely start. Free parking is available in space 34 at Hones Business Park — kindly avoid parking elsewhere. Late arrivals of over 15 minutes may result in a reduced treatment or cancellation.

Treatment Duration

Treatment times include consultation, preparation, and aftercare advice. In some cases, your treatment may be slightly shorter based on your individual needs.

Children & Age Policy

To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that children are not brought along. We are not insured to have children on-site. Most treatments are available from age 12 with a guardian present. Intimate waxing and injectables are available for clients 18+ only with valid ID.

Prescription Treatments

For any treatments involving prescription-only medications (such as Botulism toxin or Vitamin shots), a consultation with our prescriber is required to issue a personalised script. Please refer to prescriber page for all policies relating to the procedures.

Mobile Phones

Please silence your mobile on arrival and avoid calls inside the premises to respect our tranquil setting. If you must take a call, please do so before your treatment begins.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy at the time of booking. Facials can be performed after 12 weeks, and intimate waxing after your 6-week postpartum check (12 weeks after a C-section).

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your full booking fee. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and protect our therapists’ time.

Patch Tests

A patch test is required at least 24 hours before treatments such as tinting, lash lifting, brow lamination, and mesotherapy. This applies even if you’ve had the treatment elsewhere, as products may differ.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for any amount and valid for 6 months. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired cards may be honoured for up to 1 month at 50% value. Please let us know if your card is a Christmas gift, so we can extend its start date from December 25th.
