Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled atleast 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will cost you the price of your treatment. If you have not yet paid for your treatment upfront, you will not be rebooked until the appointment has been paid for in full. Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice will be rebooked with no issue.
